Influence is the cornerstone of effective leadership. This module explores the sources of influence—including interpersonal skills, subject matter expertise, and personal charisma—and how to harness them to inspire, guide, and empower teams. - Values & Ethics
Ethical leadership is essential in today’s complex world. This pillar uses real-world scenarios and reflective exercises to help participants align their actions with their values and develop moral clarity in decision-making. - Leading Change
Change is constant. This module introduces the Theory of Change as a strategic tool, helping leaders craft and communicate a compelling vision, engage stakeholders, and navigate transitions with purpose and integrity. - Core & Managerial Competencies

Who delivers the program?
The program was created by Ret. Brig. Gen. Antoine Abisamra and is delivered in partnership with the American Foundation for Educational Excellence (AFEE). Antoine, a globally respected expert in leadership, crisis management, and national strategy, draws on decades of experience with the United Nations, government institutions, and NGOs in high-risk environments. He serves as Senior Advisor on Leadership, Crisis Management, & National Strategy at AFEE, and brings a strategic, values-based, and field-tested approach to every session—ensuring participants receive practical, relevant, and transformative leadership training.
